Our attorneys are consistently busy working on open cases so in order for potential clients to discuss their legal matters and receive advice from an attorney it is necessary to call our office to set up an appointment, as well as pay an initial consultation fee on the date of your initial visit.

The exception to this initial consultation fee is if your case involves an accident or is a criminal matter. If you are unsure if your case is exempt from this fee please ask one of our helpful legal assistants prior to setting up the appointment.

The initial consultation fee is $100.00 and payable prior to the consultation. This fee is non-negotiable.

After listening to the details of your case the attorney will set a retainer fee which is payable up-front and based on his experience, is based on how many hours he calculates that he will need to spend working on your case. This time includes corresponding with opposing parties or attorneys and the time he will spend in court.

Legal assistants or paralegals working in the office have no knowledge of how much the attorney will quote the retainer fee on your case and would appreciate that you do not inquire as to how much it will be.
