Q: What do you charge to build and upload my business's website to the Internet?
A: I have a flat rate of $300 up front and $200 yearly for design, updating, hosting, domain registration and promotion. More charges may apply depending on how often I have to update your site.

Q: If I retain your services do I get a business e-mail address, i.e. myname@mybusiness.com?
A: Yes, you can have up to 5 e-mail addresses for you or your employees. Some charges may apply based on the webhost.

Q: What happens if I decide not to continue paying you the $200 yearly?
A: In that case I will leave the website where it is and provide you with your webhost and registrar's login & passwords and you will be in charge of paying their yearly fees to keep the site up.

Q: Do you do home visits?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time. You would need to bring your tower or laptop to me because I have a 9 to 5, 5 days a week job, plus I can't be sure the amount of time or equipment will be needed. Also, I have pet allergies. I should have the problem diagnosed and fixed before the next day; one week at the latest.

Q: How much do your charge?
A: The Initial Diagnostic is free and $20 per hour, never to exceed $80!

Q: How can you afford to charge so little?
A: I am in it basically for the experience and to help people and their computers. I will, probably, in the future up my rates as demand increases. So it'd be good for you to take advantage of my services now.

Q: Is it true that you even install free software to prevent future problems?
A: Yes, I install free Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware/Spyware software to prevent my own future business. I want your PC to work smoothly forever much more than I want to apply a quick-fix so you have to keep lugging your computer to me. I'm hoping word-of-mouth will provide me with future business.

Q: Wow, what other services do you provide?
A: I'm glad you asked. I provide recommendations to deter any future problems and even install hardware if it is necessary.

Q: What about Wi-Fi Network Installation?
A: If you have a home or business which has cable or DSL Internet, more than one computer and you have a desire to share the Internet connection or share files with all computer than a Wireless Network or Wi-Fi connection is what you need. I can assess your needs, buy components, install the network and show you how to share files, all for the cost of parts and a fixed $100 for labor.
