Hi there, my name is David R. Mixon and I can help you with any of the above. I'm working out of the town of Moncks Corner, in Berkeley County, South Carolina.

I'm local, I don't charge a lot, my websites are professional looking (but not overly flashy) and are created by me, my only tools being imagination, Notepad, Photoshop, public domain DHTML and my own self taught knowledge of hypertext markup language.
